CAESAR SALAD

This is my take on a classic. Romaine lettuce, red onion, tomatoes, parmesan cheese, pepperoncini, croutons & Caesar salad dressing.

LUMPIA SHANGHAI

Kids love lumpia, great way to get them to eat their veggies.  The filling is made with ground pork, carrots, celery, onions, water chestnuts, oyster sauce, salt & pepper.  Wrapped & deep fried until golden brown.

SIGSIG (Pork Belly)

This dish is considered an appetizer or side dish that is eaten with an alcoholic beverage.  PULUTAN- meaning to pick up.  Finely chopped up crispy pork belly, sautéed with onions, seasoned with lemon & soy sauce mixture. Spicy!!!

PANCIT BIHON

(Also known as “birthday noodles.”) This is our version of chow mein. According to food lore handed down from the Chinese, noodles are a must have dish at a birthday celebration. But, fair warning, the noodles represent long life & good health, so they must not be cut. Pork, shrimp, garlic, onions, celery, carrots, snow peas, green beans, cabbage, soy sauce and vermicelli noodles.

Pork or Chicken BBQ sticks

Thinly sliced pieces of pork or chicken marinated overnight and grilled to perfection.

ADOBO

The most common dish that most Filipinos would let someone taste for the first time.  Chicken or pork or even both, garlic (a lot of garlic), bay leaves, set to simmer in a vinegar and soy sauce broth.
